JobFit AI provides AI-powered tools to assist job seekers with evaluating job fit, tailoring resumes, and generating application materials. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific outcomes as a result of using our Services.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
Services are offered on a subscription basis (Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly).
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been used.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Generate fraudulent, misleading, or entirely fabricated resumes or credentials.
Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the software.
Use the service for any automated data scraping or bulk processing outside of the intended user workflow.

In no event shall JobFit AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
